If you wish to return an item, please email us to obtain return address / details, this will be provided via email within 48 hours of your request. All goods must be in their original and re-saleable condition and with the original packaging and returned within 14 days of receipt.
Upon receipt of the goods, we will refund the total goods amount, via the original payment method, within 7 days.We are not responsible for the postage cost to return the item to us. We recommend all returns are sent via a tracked/signed for service as will not be responsible for non-receipt.
Any Custom-Made Items are exempt from the return policy. We will not process any item returned without prior notification.
